Can Obese People Be Healthy? In the latest research, scientists have solved the mystery

Web Desk, There is an idea that people can live a healthy life despite being obese. However, in a new study, Spanish scientists have dismissed this idea as completely wrong, stating the amazing health benefits of exercise.

According to Mail Online, scientists at the European University in Madrid have compiled the study by comparing the exercise habits, obesity, and heart health of 527,662 adults.

These findings show that obese people have a higher risk of having a heart attack than thin people who do not exercise at all.

The study found that people who exercised but were obese were twice as likely to develop high cholesterol as those who did not exercise. Such people are 4 times more likely to develop diabetes and 5 times more likely to develop high blood pressure.

Professor Alejandro Lucia, who led the research team, said that exercise not only dramatically reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke in people but also that regular exercise protects against hypertension and many other ailments.
