Web Desk. The EU executive on Monday suggested that those who have received the EU-approved vaccine would be eligible to enter the bloc.
According to the French news agency AFP, the European Commission has called on the 27 EU countries, which make their own health decisions, to lift travel bans on vaccinators.
It is also important to note that the countries from which they are coming have done well with regard to Corona and how many cases out of one 100.000 people have been registered in two weeks.
It will also be checked whether the number of affected people has increased from 25 to 100 out of 100,000. Last year, the average number of affected cases was set at 25 out of 100,000.
“An EU official involved in drafting the proposal told reporters on condition of anonymity.”
He said, “w no longer have the option to choose between 10 and 15 countries around the world, but if the situation remains positive, member states will be able to choose from a list of 100 international countries.”
He added, “we have to prove that we completed the course of the vaccine two weeks before he/she arrived in Europe so that the body can fully develop immunity.”
According to him, he will have to undergo a Covid-19 test before or after arriving in Europe or he will have to stay in quarantine if the authorities deem it necessary.
He also explained that the proposal for an “emergency brake” in all states was included in the proposal, which meant that all members should have the option to travel to any such country, close to where there are any reservations.
The European Union currently has four vaccines for the coronavirus, including Pfizer/BioNtech, Moderna, and AstraZeneca. The statement added that other vaccines that are already on the World Health Organization’s emergency use list could later be added to the EU’s travel list.
