In Ramadan month, this fruit chaat is very famous in iftar, It refreshes the body & mind and boosts energy. Fruit Chaat is a yummy dessert, is enriched with Vitamins and Calcium. Fruit chaat is very easy to make with cocktails of fresh fruits, cream, and chaat masala.
⦿ Apples – 2
⦿ Mango – 1
⦿ Grapes – 1 Cup
⦿ Banana – 3
⦿ Guava – 2
⦿ Pears – 2
⦿ Orange – 2
⦿ Dates – 10
⦿ Almonds – 10
⦿ Roh Afza – 2 tbsp
⦿ Cream – 200g
⦿ Sugar – tbsp
⦿ Black pepper – 1 tsp
⦿ Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
➊ Firstly chop all the fruits.
➋ Take a large bowl and add in, apples, guava, grapes, banana, pears, mango, orange, dates and mix well all the fruits.
➌ Take cream in a bowl, add sugar, chaat masala, black pepper, and mix well.
➍ Now add the cream mixture in mix fruits and Roh Afza and mix well without mashing fruits.
➎ Garnish with almonds and sprinkle Roh Afza.
