⦿ Semolina – 1 cup
⦿ Sugar – 3/4 cup
⦿ Oil/Ghee – 1/2 cup
⦿ Water – 1/2 cup
⦿ Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
⦿ Almonds – 2 tbsp
⦿ Raisins – 2 tbsp
⦿ Pistachios – 2 tbsp




⁍ Soak the semolina for 2 hours.
⁍ Drain the dhodhi from pre-soak soji.
⁍ In a pan, add sugar and water and stir till sugar dissolve.
⁍ Add in oil/ghee and keep stirring the spoon until the sugar mixture is ready.
⁍ Now add the dhodhi (soaked semolina) and mix well.
⁍ Keep stirring to prevent burning.
⁍ Add cardamom powder and cook on a medium flame till oil/ghee comes out.
⁍ Add raisins, almonds, pistachios and mix well.
⁍ Transfer it to the dish and serve hot.
